Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I am an evolving, creative, intuitive, open-hearted, color-loving, and flower-obsessed human. I started Allison Kathleen in 2011, the day before my 25th birthday, as a site to showcase my calligraphy and graphic design services for weddings and events. Nine years later, I continuously find myself presented with opportunities to be creative in ways that expand my repertoire beyond this initial pursuit. One thing has always remained true - I am passionate about following what makes me creatively curious. In more recent years that has included: becoming a Sip & Script Calligraphy instructor, launching an online shop for my floral photography called Lavender Ali, growing and arranging seasonal flower bouquets for the farm stand at Bramhall’s Country Store, designing beer labels for Mayflower Brewing Company, designing visual identities for several local small businesses, photographing several intimate wedding ceremonies for close friends, and a whole lot more!

I spent a long time wondering if I should be overwhelmed by so much variety and if it all makes sense for my business. Fortunately, I’ve grown comfortable with the idea that personal brands are perfect for exploration. I’ve found joy in the idea that I may have no idea what perfect projects, collaborations, and creative outlets lie ahead of me. My goal in working together will always be for us to feel the joy as inspiration and imagination propel us toward a creation we both knew needed to exist.
